All solar power systems require the right mounting solution to ensure the modules stay secured to your roof over time. Each Power Partner has access to a large range of mounting systems to cover the extensive range of solar modules available. The mounting system chosen is based on your roof angle, type and direction to ensure the solar system can generate the maximum amount of energy each year.
Flexi Rail is a custom designed product, professionally engineered with our Flexi Kit solar power systems in mind. Flexi Rail is compliant to all Australian wind loading and cyclone ratings as per AS4477.
Each kit is designed to allow simple and neat attachment of solar modules to pitched roofs. Supplied as a kit, the system is made of corrosion resistant aluminium and a range of configurations. Pre cut and tooled to reduce the amount if time it takes for your local Power Partner.
How it works
The Flexi Rail mounting system is a fixed angle structure, designed to attach a solar array in the same plane as an existing roof. It uses pairs of aluminium channel and specialised fixing components, which are designed to allow rapid and simple attachment of solar modules to most pitched roofs.
The solar modules are attached using rail top clamps to avoiding the need to drill frames or access the underside of modules for mounting. These also have securing heads to prevent easy removal of solar modules by unqualified persons or due to theft.
Flexi Rail has everything you need in a modular and expandable kit and can be used in Australia for domestic and large scale commercial applications.
